Vintage 80s Collectible Diane Freis - Light weight, semi-sheer georgette fabric. Black dress with pink, fuchsia, blue, aqua, yellow & cream bright birds, leaves & flowers. Top abstract black with pink tiny polka dots.Black & floral tassle neck ties. Drop pleates below loose elastic waistband. Elastic gather at end of short 1/2 dolman sleeves. Light (easy to remove) shoulder pads. AS IS mentioned in condition below. Please read.
