Vintage 80s Collectible Diane Freis - Light weight, semi-sheer georgette fabric. Blouse top is green with bold leaves & flowers in red, pink, purple, blue and white. Skinny floral front tie waist inner belt. Gathered puff shoulders and layered flutter sleeves. V-neck front with tassel ties. Light (easy to remove) shoulder pads. Very cute & mixes well with vintage and modern styles.
